Manufacturer figures are published maximums under ideal conditions. Charter figures reflect how these aircraft are actually configured and flown — full fuel with four to five passengers, IFR reserves, and real-world runway margins. Your advisor confirms the exact tail's numbers before you sign.
If your question isn't here, an advisor answers it in minutes — not in a brochure.
Call an advisor →Eastbound always, westbound nearly always. Fort Lauderdale to Los Angeles into a strong winter jet stream is the one case worth checking — the Challenger 350, G280, Longitude and Praetor 600 all make it; a Citation X+ with eight passengers and full bags occasionally cannot. We run the winds for your date before quoting.
Not standard, but practical on every aircraft here and standard on most transcontinental bookings. An attendant brings hot service, real glassware, and someone whose only job is the cabin. Request it at booking — attendants are scheduled, not summoned.
On Ka-band tails — most Challenger 350s, Longitudes and Praetor 600s — yes, including video calls over water. Older Citation X and Challenger 300 tails may carry an air-to-ground system that stops at the coast. We confirm the specific tail rather than the type.
This is the first class where the answer is simply yes. The Longitude has a walk-in hold you can reach in flight; the G280 and Praetor 600 carry over 120 cubic feet. Send us the equipment list and we confirm against the actual tail.
The G280 is certified for steep approaches and the Challengers operate into Aspen routinely, weight-permitting. Hot days and high field elevations reduce payload, so we sometimes recommend a fuel stop in Denver rather than a compromised departure. Your advisor models it before the quote.
Age, interior condition, crew experience, home base, and whether the leg positions empty all move the number. That is why we show a market band, not a fixed rate — and why the quote itemises every line.
